Network – Dojo Rules

  1. Respect the Dojo, the Teachers and Members.
  2. Keep an Open Mind.
  3. Be forever a Student.
  4. Leave your Ego at the Door.
  5. Help your Training partners, whenever your help is asked.
  6. Do not take yourself too seriously.
  7. Do not be afraid to look like a rookie.
  8. Everyone has different reason for study; this must be respected.
  9. Everyone brings different physical abilities; this must be respected too.
  10. Always keep your Training clothes nice and clean.
  11. If we train barefoot (on the Tatami), wash your feet before stepping in.
  12. Keep yourself clean, and your nails short.
  13. Keep your Training equipment always in good conditions and bring it always to every training with you. For hygiene reasons, you must always have your own Training materials.
  14. Ask questions anytime.
  15. When you think you know it all… LEAVE!
